We’re adding a Social Media Director to the team. You might be a fit for this position if;
- The grammar police
- Capable of uncovering the ‘it factor’ that moves brands across social
- A developer – of ideas, brands, concepts, friendships, and whatever else crosses your path
- A big thinker, dreamer, and do-er
- Able to quickly identify what works and what doesn’t
- A multi-tasking ninja
- A wordsmith. You can communicate complex messages with minimal wording.
- Cool, but not too cool.
- Demonstrated the ability to develop loyal followers for emerging brands
- An eye for differentiating between good and great
- Experience bridging the gap between sales, clients, and creative personnel
- A strong sense of ownership
- An ability to dream up, implement, and change infrastructure
- A tenacious attitude
- Conceptualize branding and content campaigns for various clientele
- Generate content plans and content collection strategies specific to each client
- Stay on the leading edge of all social trends and technologies, even the ones we haven’t heard of yet
- See limitations as challenges
- Work with a creative team to provide timely, on-brand content to clients and their followers
- Guide the development of both long-term and in-the-moment campaigns from concept to completion, working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
