What You'll do

  • Lead design direction, in addition to executing design, for a variety of materials across branding and campaign projects
  • Partner with a copywriter and extended team members to concept at a high level, and work with the broader creative team to bring vision to reality
  • Make sure all dots across creative connect – from design to copy, video to social and back – and the goals of the brief are met
  • Provide actionable and constructive feedback to a rad team of designers
  • Drive production phase standards – making sure all work is proofed, on-brand, on-goal, and up to par
  • Ensure best practices, while always looking for ways to improve and innovate process
  • Be present for client meetings and presentations, and pitch creative
  • Be a mentor to junior members of the design team

You Have

  • A portfolio that shows off your concepting and design chops
  • At least 5+ years of creative advertising agency experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
  • A knack for collaboration across all agency departments
  • The ability to build a brand from the ground up
  • Stellar client presentation skills

  • Make the slickest looking decks and proposals in the (mid)west
  • Have an understanding or experience in motion graphics
  • Are not, you know, a jerk

What to Expect

  • Full-time position
  • Office onsite in Midtown, OKC
  • Salary based on experience
