The Senior Account Manager must simultaneously be the client's biggest advocate and the agency’s biggest fan – always working to nurture the relationship between – keeping projects on track and ensuring no detail gets missed and no box goes unchecked. You're the heartbeat of the day-to-day rhythm of the agency.

What you'll do:

  • Be a primary point of contact for client accounts, leading day-to-day communication directly with clients and our agency team
  • Develop and nurture authentic client relationships
  • Manage the details while thinking beyond them – ensure we’re leading clients down a path of success, not simply executing
  • Manage projects from concept to completion – ensuring deliverables and client needs are executed flawlessly and on time
  • Track budgets, timelines, workflow and scope for a variety of branding, web, campaign and video projects
  • Manage deliverables to deadline with creative and operational team members and supply to client
  • Help develop targeted and clear briefs that keep project priorities straight and the agency team moving in the right direction
  • Set and manage client expectations
  • Communicate those expectations and creative, strategic, and production needs clearly and correctly to agency team
  • Analyze, interpret and present results to agency team and client team
  • Lead collaboratively with a pulse on productivity, process and outcome – always looking for ways to refine and improve
  • Handle client conflicts with finesse and have an expert ability to seek resolution
  • Lead client-facing meetings
  • Lead internal agency meetings on behalf of the client
  • Work closely with Associate Creative Director to maintain brand integrity
  • Work closely with creative team to scope and cost projects as needed
  • Manage client contracts and contract renewals, with a keen eye for finding new opportunities

What you have:

  • 5+ years at an advertising or marketing agency
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with intuition – and experience in developing profitable, mutually beneficial, long-term client relationships
  • Project management system experience
  • Special skill in uniting and inspiring people
  • Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale advertising campaigns
  • Experience with full video production process

Would be extra cool if you:

  • Have experience with Asana project management
  • Can bust out some light copywriting if needed
  • Have media buying experience
  • Know the difference between CMYK and RGB
