An all-organic food truck with locally sourced ingredients and no real menu? Sounds right up our alley. When this food truck owner needed direction for her emerging brand, our tastebuds starting watering. The ever-changing menu based on local availability for this restaurant on wheels became our source for naming this joint: The Scratch Rotator. With the name in place the brand took on a fresh, alive, organic feel. Business cards were based on old diner order pads, and the brand materials were sourced from renewable materials.
